No, the garden plants do not need to be in any order, but the colors do need to match.
How do I get membership?
Every user has membership by default, and you do not need to pay for anything. This game is free for everyone!

Is the application safe?
This application is definitely safe and does not contain any malicious code. However, it is unsigned, which is why you will receive a warning when you open it for the first time.
Can I transfer my rewritten data to online?
When joining Moshi Online, note that transferring your account from Rewritten isn't possible. We are separate projects with no affiliation to Rewritten. Approach Moshi Online as a unique experience.

This seems like a recurring issue, usually solved by refreshing the page or waiting a while for it to come in. You WILL get it evenually through our automated system. Also, make sure that you know for certain that it isn't hiding behind another item or buried in your inventory.
The shovel in the garden freezes and I can't plant anything!
This is a known bug but to fix this either enter your room again or refresh your application (You can either just click your door or press 'My Room' on the top right).
When do the shops rotate?
We handle the rotation server-side now, vs. you getting a random stock client-side, and the rotation happens every 15 minutes. But new colored seeds are scheduled to rotate weekly.
The potion disappears
Do the first mission slowly to help prevent the items from disappearing; we will look into fixing it. You are going to just need to try playing it again.
I can't collect rox in Ice Scream?
The Ice Scream game may not entirely work in terms of collecting rox. This is caused by entering your moshling zoo, to avoid this refresh and do not enter before playing the game.
How can I get the BFF medal?
To get the BFF medal, best friend someone, then remove them as a best friend. This is an issue that our developers will look into!
Playing with Ruffle
As of 12/25/2023 you can make an account and enter codes under the ruffle plugin which is a flash emulator. You still need to download our electron client to actually play.
Not getting EXP from missions?
Only certain missions provide EXP/ROX rewards. Season 1 gives an epic only on mission 1, while Season 2 only provides epics that reward 500 ROX. Other missions offer a variety of rewards, which are shown after you play them."
I can't see dressup items that I bought.
You have to buy more clothes to activate the new page to appear with the previous items you have bought. Will look into this bug in the future.
